Partnering together for over 22 years, Pastors Lev and Natasha Oliver have worked to launch and develop this spirit filled/led, multicultural, international ministry.

They’re blessed with three wonderful children of their own, but have also happily offered themselves to the family here at the Upper Room. They love God, love God’s people, and possess a passion for worship and the preaching of an authentic, life transforming message, all derived from the word of God.

They also strive to encourage people into their place of purpose and see them become, evolve, and embrace all that God has called them to be.
